All in-stock orders will ship within 1-3 business days via UPS. We will notify you via email if an item(s) is out of stock. For oversize items or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, free shipping is not available. For overnight or rush delivery choose the option on our website or feel free to contact us by phone or email for additional assistance. All orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following Monday and orders placed on holidays will be processed the next working business day.

Want it now? Order online and pick it up today! When you choose store pickup during business hours, your order will be ready that day. Checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Your payment will only be processed once we have verified that your products are in-store and ready for pickup. Orders placed after store hours will be available for store pickup the next business day.
Can't pick up today? We've got you covered there too. Orders will be held up to 5 days from date of purchase. Orders not picked up will be refunded and restocked.
The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by the country of residence.
Tadpoles & Tiddlers is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies. Additionally, it is not the responsibility of Tadpoles & Tiddlers to notify the customer of these agencies and their actions. Please check with the designated country’s customs office for their procedures and potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Tadpoles & Tiddlers is not responsible for this charge. The package will be held at the local delivery center for pickup until payment of all duties and fees is made.
*If the customer neglects to pick up the package and it is returned to Tadpoles & Tiddlers, we will not refund the original shipping charge.
As with domestic shipping, if a package is undeliverable due to customer error entering incorrect shipping information, Tadpoles & Tiddlers is not responsible for any additional fees incurred to reroute or reship package.
If you have a package marked as delivered but have not received it, please contact the country’s local shipping facility (we ship UPS exclusively) for further information.
The customer pays taxes and duties in the country responsible for receipt of package. These are extra fees and we have no control over them. By purchasing from Tadpoles & Tiddlers, the customer acknowledges this policy and accepts these fees as their financial responsibility.
