For website orders please contact us by email at info@tadpolesandtiddlers.comwith your name, order number and item(s) your returning to obtain a return authorization (RA).

Returns are accepted up to 15 days after delivery.

• We must have the item(s) in hand before a credit/refund will be issued. 

• Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original tags attached.

• Item(s) must not be worn, washed or damaged.

• Applicable for in-store and online: sale items, personal hygiene, diapering and hair accessories are a final sale and non-returnable.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) they will be inspected to insure all of the above criteria are met at which time a return authorization (RA) return label will be electronically sent to you via email and a full credit/refund for the item(s) will be issued minus the return shipping cost.

PLEASE NOTE: We must have item(s) in hand before a credit/refund will be issued. Shipping (unless our error), handling charges and sales tax are non-refundable. Tadpoles & Tiddlers is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
